What inspired you to found Orion Solutions?

Orion Solutions grew out of my background in technology and information security. Working at major consulting firms, I watched information protection tools fall further and further behind the pace of misinformation spreading online. In 2020, I realized there was a real gap in the market for innovative, accessible solutions.

What drew you to information security specifically?

The complexity and constant evolution of information technology have always fascinated me. When I first grappled with security challenges, I was struck by both the importance of the field and the depth of problems it addresses. Information security isn't just technical—it's about protecting people, businesses, and entire systems. That broader perspective sealed my decision.

Your company focuses on Digital Profiles. Can you explain what those are and who they're designed for?

A Digital Profile is the collection of current, accurate information about an individual and their work that appears in Google search results. It reduces compliance risks and ensures the right information is visible. We primarily work with executives and senior leaders who want accurate professional information available online.

What's most inspiring to you about running Orion Solutions?

The team, without question. Our people aren't just technically skilled—they're genuinely passionate about what we're building. They constantly push for innovation and improvement, creating an environment where real breakthroughs happen. Seeing our ideas turn into working solutions never stops being rewarding. What makes it special is the diversity of backgrounds and expertise we've brought together. Everyone approaches problems from a different angle, and that's the source of our best work.

What's most important to you in hiring?

Finding people who align with how we work. We need team members who take ownership, work independently, and want to keep evolving. That mindset creates reliability, initiative, and real drive for growth—both in their careers and as individuals.
